Note as well Folks such as Nick Black from OpenStreetMap are considering doing a WhereCamp in the UK.  Also Ryan and David Troy were thinking about the same on the east coast of the United States, and there's also some thought about doing one in Portland - ask Anselm or Audrey @ Legion of Tech about this one.
